Scrambling twiner or shrublet, copious white exudate. Flower buds yellow, open flowers yellow-green, small corona. Old fruit valves brown.

Shrublet to 50 cm tall with white exudate; erect unbranched stems from long rhizomes. Sterile voucher for identification.

Tufted grass, erect. Spikelets golden-brown due to dense soft hairs.

Shrub to 2.5 m, Flowers white, with whorl of white ?nectaries at base of petals; stamens white. Fruits glossy green.

Large arching fronds radiating from a thick rhizome; fronds can have many tens of pinnae, up to 2.5 m long or more. No fertile fronds found.

Shrub to 2.5 m tall, widely branched. Leaves sticky when pressed, glossy. In bud only, green.

Pendulous stems growing from rock crevices, some young stems spiny. Fruits white, fleshy.

Erect terrestrial orchid to 60 cm tall with swollen ovoid tuber, strongly angular stems. Bracts green in lower portion, turning white distally. Tepals pale green externally, white within, labellum 2-lobed with broad central notch, yellow centrally.

Liana, with hooks on young branches; leaves glossy, dark green. Flowers pale orange. Fruits (collected by J. Massumbi) pale red, globose.

Several broad fronds from a woody rhizome, fronds c. 1-1.5 x 0.7 m.
