Parasite on mopane, growing 2 m from the ground. Stems hard, light green to yellow; leaves smooth, light green; fruit light green with yellowish longitudinal ridges.

Tree; ca. 2 m tall; bark and stems grey-brown; leaves smooth, dark green adaxially, light green abaxially; fruits smooth, dark green, pear-shaped with light green bracts.
